RESSOR TECH provides fabrication- and construction-focused design services that bridge the gap between design intent and real-world installation. Our services include 3D modeling, detailed shop-level modeling, constructability support, and design development for steel, miscellaneous metals, and process-driven systems. Every model is built with coordination, fabrication, and field execution in mind — not just visuals.


We specialize in model-based coordination and constructability analysis, not theoretical simulations. This includes clash detection, tolerance verification, as-built validation using laser scanning and photogrammetry, scope and package analysis, and installation sequencing support. Our analysis is focused on identifying real-world conflicts early — before material is cut or installed.


Quality control is built directly into our workflows. We use standardized modeling practices, disciplined naming and property conventions, multi-stage model reviews, and cross-checks against scan data, contract documents, and fabrication requirements. Every deliverable is reviewed for accuracy, coordination readiness, and constructability before it leaves our hands.


We support projects across commercial construction, healthcare, airports, data centers, water and wastewater facilities, education, and large-scale infrastructure. Our experience spans complex environments where coordination accuracy and field alignment are critical to success.

Yes. We frequently step into projects mid-stream to clean up models, resolve coordination issues, validate existing conditions, or bring models up to fabrication or construction standards. Whether starting from design files, IFCs, or point clouds, we adapt to the project’s current state.


We work primarily in Tekla Structures, Revit, Navisworks, Trimble Connect, and industry-standard coordination and scanning platforms. We are also highly skilled in Advanced Steel, Fusion 360, Inventor and Solidworks. 

We are not only Steel Detailer’s we have over 2 decades of detailing and Fabricating Custom Sheet  metal  for construction and manufacturing, All Process Mechanical Systems, Spool fabrication, Structural Concrete , Walls, Slabs and Pour Sequencing. Architectural finishes.

All of our models and deliverables are designed to integrate seamlessly with fabrication shops, contractors, and owner teams — not locked into a single ecosystem.
